Membership and Service Agreement

1. Age Restriction

Article	Description
1.1	Prospective players between the ages of 13 and 18 are prohibited from registering on the system without parental consent.
1.2	It is strictly prohibited for prospective players under the age of 13 to register on the system.
1.3	The accounts of players under the age of 13 detected within the game will be suspended until the person reaches the specified age.

2. Free Play

Article	Description
2.1	The game can be played completely free of charge; however, the use of auxiliary items may be provided by making payment at the specified prices.
2.2	If a person who has made a payment is penalized or banned for any reason, they cannot claim any rights.
2.3	No refunds will be issued for auxiliary items in cases of trades or thefts.

3. Suspended Accounts

Article	Description
3.1	When users' accounts receive temporary or permanent suspension penalties, the auxiliary items they have used within the game are absolutely non-refundable.
3.2	The Eryon management is not responsible for any legal proceedings that the parties may initiate regarding fake videos and similar materials submitted to the support system. The responsibility lies with the player who submitted the item and the banned player.
3.3	Game Administrators may suspend and delete the account of a player they deem inappropriate without stating a reason.

4. Use of Cheats

Article	Description
4.1	The use of cheats is prohibited.
4.2	Penalties are applied according to the type of cheat used.

5. Insults / Profanity

Article	Description
5.1	Insults / profanity are prohibited.
5.2	The duration of the ban is determined by the authorities based on the location where the insult occurred, the number of complaining players, and the severity of the insult.
5.3	Players who use profanity and insults will have their accounts suspended, or a temporary or permanent chat ban will be imposed.

6. Bug Exploitation

Article	Description
6.1	Exploiting game bugs is prohibited.
6.2	If you detect any game bug and wish to report it: you can send it to Eryon - Support System.

7. Account Sharing

Article	Description
7.1	Account sharing is not prohibited. The Eryon management is not responsible for any problems that may arise as a result of account sharing.
7.2	Selling or buying the account or any in-game item to other persons or institutions in exchange for money (TL, $, EURO, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
7.3	No Game Authority can be held responsible in the event of an account trade. It is a matter between the parties themselves. The responsibility lies with the parties.
7.4	The sale and trade of accounts and items outside of Eryon is prohibited.

8. File Sharing / Account Thefts / Item Theft

Article	Description
8.1	Account thefts occur when files obtained from other users within the game or through internet connections, when run on your computer, record every type of letter, number, and similar characters pressed on the keyboard.
8.2	The security of the account and items is entirely the responsibility of the user, and in such cases, the return of stolen accounts, items, etc. is out of the question.
8.3	If proven, only the guilty account will be permanently suspended.

9. Account Security

Article	Description
9.1	Account information is specific to the player and may not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
9.2	The security of the account and items is entirely the responsibility of the user, and in such cases, the return of stolen accounts, items, etc. will be made if it can be detected, and is not possible if it cannot be detected.
9.3	The information provided during registration is the responsibility of the player.

10. Communication Between Players

Article	Description
10.1	The Eryon management cannot be held responsible for any event that may arise in real life as a result of relationships between players within the game.
10.2	If real-life threats are detected or reported within the game, the necessary penalty procedures will be applied to the responsible accounts.

11. Accounts

Article	Description
11.1	All accounts within the game belong to the Eryon management. The management may suspend or modify accounts if it deems necessary.
11.2	Even if the right of use belongs to the player, accounts or items may not be sold to a third party in exchange for real value.

Important Note
Everyone who has an account in the game is deemed to have accepted this agreement.

The game management cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise in the situations specified in the articles above.
No tolerance will be shown under any circumstances for behavior and attitudes that violate the rules.
All users who register, log in to the game, and benefit from the game services are deemed to have accepted the Membership and Service Agreement.
In all legal and judicial proceedings filed on behalf of Eryon, this page will serve as documented testimony.
The Eryon management reserves the right to modify the articles specified in the Membership and Service Agreement and the Penalty System.
